We’re looking for an experienced Food & Beverage leader ready to step up, take ownership, and create exceptional guest experiences from the moment the lift doors open. As a SkyPoint Supervisor, you’ll play a key leadership role across our business in Guest Services, Food and Beverage and Events. You’ll champion high service standards, support smooth daily operations, and help shape the culture of a motivated, guest focused team within our Food and Beverage business. As our Supervisor, you will lead the frontline service team across our SkyPoint Bistro, Bar, and Event spaces. This role centres on delivering high-quality food, beverage, and guest service experiences while overseeing daily operations in a high-volume environment. Your new day-today will look like this\: Provide hands on leadership, coaching and mentoring to frontline teams. Drive service excellence, guest experience outcomes and sales targets. Conduct on the job training, performance management and ongoing team development. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement new initiatives. Support recruitment, rostering, inventory control and departmental procedures. Managing staffing levels, labour budgets, and daily cost controls. Ensuring cleanliness, safety, HACCP compliance, and venue presentation at all times. You’re a confident, motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and loves inspiring others. You confidently manage challenges, communicate clearly and keep cool under pressure. To be successful in this role, you’ll bring\: 2–4 years’ leadership experience in high volume hospitality or customer service. Strong ability to lead, support and develop frontline teams. Demonstrated skills in conflict resolution, negotiation and performance management. Passion for delivering outstanding guest service every time. Experience working with wage targets, COGS, sales initiatives and stock control. A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and experience in bar/food or guest-facing operations. Proficiency with POS systems and solid cash handling skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational abilities.
