In doing so, this role ensures that the team works effectively together towards achieving its agreed budget. Tasks And Responsibilities Responsible for the delivery of profitable new business individual sales target for AU business. Develop a prospect strategy for the assigned area, resulting in a collaborative approach for contracting new prospects. Contact prospects, prepare proposals for agreements and lead negotiations with the prospects. Deliver strategic sales plan bi-annually noting approach to enact the plan. Ensure an agreed targeted prospect list is established and maintained in CRM, including all active opportunities noting an up-to-date CRM sales stage that delivers consistent and accurate reporting. Deliver timely on-boarding process for all new clients including handover to relevant Customer Success Manager. Prepare and present strategic and concise deal pricing strategies to DealCo as required, seeking relevant sign off. Communicate with colleagues, team members, management, clients, and others in a courteous and professional manner. Ensure to consistently meet own and team monthly/quarterly/yearly budgets, objectives and KPIs (including but not limited to clients signed, prospect visits, CRM compliance, pipeline, visitation programs). SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor of Commerce or Business-related, or equivalent (desirable) Ability to effectively market and promote products to prospective clients. Proven business development and networking skills, with solid prior sales experience. Proven hunger for sales and ability to adapt approach to meet customer, market and team needs. A track record of achieving results. Demonstrated ability to engage, communicate and present confidently and professionally in a variety of settings. Proven ability to work well in a team environment including with broader stakeholders. Capability to coach through challenges and setbacks, provide ongoing training and feedback to help develop team members. Effective communicator both verbally and in writing, demonstrating good listening and probing skills. Strong organisational and prioritisation skills - meets specified deadlines and reports regularly on progress. Sound Microsoft office skills. A solid knowledge of the Salary Packaging / Novated Leasing industry including products, services, systems and processes. Flexibility for (overnight) interstate travel as required. Prior experience in novated leasing industry or related industry is ideal. ABOUT YOU Customer focused and performance orientated.
