About The Role We are looking for an experienced Landscape Foreman to join our high calibre team, working in collaboration with the Project Manager to achieve optimum productivity and program outcomes. You will use your trusted leadership and communication skills to quickly and effectively build relationships across all levels of our projects, including with subcontractors. You will motivate others, ensuring a high-performing culture where teamwork ensures the delivery of exceptional quality outcomes to program. Key Responsibilities You will work closely with Foreman to monitor and drive construction progress to program and in line with drawings, specifications and health, safety, environment and quality requirements. With safety our highest priority, you will play a primary role in championing a safe working environment with a Zero Harm approach and ensure superior delivery of our projects. About You You will be a self-starter with the below: Certificate III in Landscape Construction extensive civil landscaping background with demonstrated supervisory experience excellent attitude towards health, safety, environmental and quality outcomes, embedding this commitment in everything you do motivation to achieve value-for-money results to program.
