As New Connections Coordinator (Subdivision), you will be accountable for providing professional, accurate and timely advice regarding subdivision planning and certification referrals from Councils and subdivision related inquiries, from Surveyors, Councils, Customers and internal stakeholders. This hybrid role (Office/WFH) is based in Southbank and sits within our Network Operations & Delivery team. This role will deliver real outcomes, including but not limited to: Respond to Subdivision and Planning referrals via the SPEAR system or emails within their respective timeframes to ensure regulatory targets are met Provide timely responses to technical and general enquiries from Surveyors, Councils involved in Subdivision projects, as well as enquiries from internal stakeholders Assess Subdivisions utilising AusNet asset mapping systems and other tools to determine AusNet conditions for supply for Subdivisions in accordance with the Victorian Service Installation Rules (VSIR’s) and AusNet requirements Accurately record statistics of work completed Work collaboratively with other customer operational teams to identify improvement opportunities and drive change throughout the workplace You don’t need to tick every box; however, we are looking for a good combination of: Experience within and knowledge of electricity industry General knowledge of electricity supply processes and VSIR’s related to Subdivisions Experience of working successfully within an operational team and with external service providers striving to provide excellent customer focused connection services Business and industry experience within new connections Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders, both internally and externally You will have demonstrated experience in contracts administration and document management A real place to belong.
