Our Opportunity Reporting to the Executive Director, this role is responsible for supporting TTW’s Melbourne operations by providing support to senior leaders, coordinating administrative processes, streamlining office procedures, and contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the business. What will you do? Provide dedicated administrative support to our Executive Director & senior management group, including management of internal and external meetings and travel arrangements Be the face of TTW and first point of contact for visitors, deliveries and incoming calls to the office Organise internal and external company events for Melbourne office Create and improve existing administrative processes to ensure continuous improvement Manage office maintenance and supplies including liaising with third parties (couriers, cleaner, trades) Provide assistance with project administration as required Financial administration including general accounts payable & receivable duties and project invoicing Coordinating inputs for small proposals and maintaining standard company data Coordinating and contributing to team meetings (minutes, actions, follow-ups) What are we looking for? Previous experience in a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role. Experience supporting a small group of senior leaders would be highly regarded Ability to exercise absolute discretion and maintain confidentiality Ability to multitask with a proactive attitude Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Intermediate MS Office skills (Outlook, Work, PowerPoint, Excel) Excellent communication skills Why TTW?
