We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Procurement Systems Specialist to join our Procurement team in our Melbourne Southbank office on a permanent full‑time basis. Reporting to the Lead, Procurement Systems, this role sits at the centre of our procurement transformation journey. You will play a key role in shaping, uplifting and embedding procurement systems across sourcing, contracting, supplier management and requisition‑to‑pay processes - ensuring our tools enable effective governance, risk management, compliance and commercial outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead the identification, prioritisation and embedding of procurement system enhancements, controls and configuration changes to improve efficiency, compliance and risk management aligned with our Procurement Technology Roadmap. Partner with Procurement Excellence, Legal, Risk and operational stakeholders to ensure systems align with governance frameworks and evolving business requirements. Support end‑to‑end procurement process optimisation across sourcing, contract management, supplier management and requisition‑to‑pay activities. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of master data across and seamless data integration across systems. Manage system‑driven controls, business rules and compliance validations to ensure effective oversight of material and emerging risks. Provide Level 2 system support, develop training materials and documentation, and deliver user training to uplift system capability. Contribute to procurement system transformation initiatives, including data governance, innovation, automation, AI-enabled capability and continuous improvement programs. Your background Extensive experience within a Procurement function, with exposure across sourcing, contracts, supplier management and requisition‑to‑pay processes. Experience in procurement system configuration, optimisation or implementation projects; experience with Maximo, Workday and WSS would be highly advantageous. Strong understanding of system‑driven controls, governance frameworks and supply chain risk management practices. Demonstrated capability partnering with internal, cross‑functional and external stakeholders to translate business requirements into system solutions. Experience supporting system change, drive user adoption and training in complex organisational environments. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to balance commercial objectives and compliance requirements.
