Opportunities to support community partnerships with our Group CMV Foundation Enjoy annual company dinners and picnics What you’ll do Coordinate and delegate all service jobs within the workshop Assign and dispatch repair orders to Technicians based on skillset, priority, and deadlines Monitor job progress and provide timely updates to ensure on-time completion Maintain a productive and efficient workshop environment Confirm availability and accuracy of special-order parts for scheduled jobs Track and report repeat repair causes to the Service Manager Conduct quality control inspections to uphold service standards Schedule backup jobs to maximise workshop utilisation during quieter periods Plan staffing levels to meet overtime and workload demands Assist with vehicle inspections and road tests alongside customers when required Resolve customer service issues promptly and professionally Drive a strong safety culture in the Workshop What you bring Qualified Technician with diagnostics expertise Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent time management and organisational abilities High attention to detail and accuracy Self-driven with strong planning and prioritisation skills Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new systems Proven leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide a team Drivers Licence About Mercedes-Benz Adelaide?
