About the role The Client Partner, Victoria, reporting directly to the Country Manager, ANZ, is a critical role in continued growth of SeenThis in the Australian market. In addition to growing market presence and broad market leadership your portfolio will include national agency and client accounts, a deep focus on the Melbourne Independent agency growth, and ongoing contribution to the growth of our publisher and adtech partnerships. The role requires both a high degree of initiative and autonomy, balanced with a mature, collaborative approach to driving growth alongside your commercial colleagues in Sydney and Brisbane. SeenThis offer a hybrid working model based in a dynamic co-working environment, with facilities and drop-in desk availability at 10 additional locations across Melbourne. Semi-regular interstate travel to support national accounts and align as a national commercial team is also required. Chief among your daily responsibilities will be: Revenue Leadership & Sales Strategy Drive and exceed revenue targets by expanding existing partnerships and closing new business Develop and execute a strategic sales plan tailored to target designated advertisers, agencies, and brand marketers Forecast and monitor revenue pipelines accurately to support business planning and growth. Client Development & Management Build and deepen relationships with senior stakeholders across agencies and brands. Serve as a trusted advisor on digital advertising strategy and video solutions. Support responses to RFPs, development of tailored solutions, and negotiation of commercial agreements Partner with internal functions (ie. Production Opps, Media and Tech Support teams) to ensure seamless delivery and support for sold solutions. Operational Excellence Maintain sales CRM records and reporting to reflect pipeline health and forecast accuracy. Manage campaign implementation workflow & creative production process with clients and internal media and opps teams. Track market shifts and incorporate insights into sales planning. Qualifications The successful applicant should be able to provide demonstrable evidence of the following qualifications and experience. Sustained revenue success over 5 years in manager and/or director level digital media / ad tech sales roles Extensive relationships within the Melbourne media industry Ability to work successfully in a semi-autonomous role, with the motivation, ambition and drive to achieve revenue targets Outstanding hands-on capability in preparing brief responses, tailoring and pitching go-to-market sales material & product solutions to agencies & clients.
