They have several different services lines with a focus on Business Services and Tax Accounting and Advisory. All the Partners have a variety of big and small clients, a modern approach to accounting/advisory, exceptional technical knowledge, and a supportive attitude towards staff and clients alike. Their clients range in sizes from very, very large to small offering the team a broader exposure to technical issues and developmental opportunities than most other accounting firms. The opportunity: This is a new role being created so there is flexibility in the level for the right person. The Partners are open to this role becoming an equity Partner position or remaining at Senior Manager level, whatever you prefer. They care about getting the right person. They are happy to mould the level and responsibilities around your skill set and what you want to do most, as long as you are supporting the firm at a leadership level. No matter what level you commence at; You will be given a client portfolio to manage directly as well as a team of highly capable and personable accountants to support you. The higher your level, the more expectation there will be on growing your portfolio and developing new business over time. You will be spoiled for mentoring with this. As one of the leaders of the firm, you will be involved in the strategic planning and running of the business. This will help develop your Partnership capabilities even further if it is something you want. The appropriate person: 8 years Business Services Accounting experience. Ideally from a firm where you will have exposure to large complex clients, efficient processes and quality training. The higher your level and salary, the more attractive client fees coming with you will be, as it will show the Partners without question that you are capable of growing a client base. But it is not neccessary especially if you are coming at Senior Manager level. Exceptional communication skills is an absolute must with an engaging personality. Cultural fit.
