The Opportunity As a Senior Civil Engineer, youâll play a key role in delivering some of Victoriaâs most complex and highâprofile transport infrastructure projects. You will contribute as a Civil Lead on multidisciplinary projectsâsupporting technical direction, driving design development, and solving complex engineering challenges to deliver robust, practical solutions across road, rail, and major transport programs. Youâll provide technical guidance, support junior engineers, and help manage project delivery to meet quality, safety, budget, and timeline expectations. Youâll work closely with clients and stakeholders, helping to shape design decisions and ensuring engineering outcomes align with project objectives. Who You Are Youâre an experienced Senior Civil Engineer with strong technical capability and a proven history contributing to complex civil design on major infrastructure projects. Youâre comfortable working in fastâpaced environments, coordinating across disciplines, and bringing wellâreasoned engineering solutions to the table. You understand how to collaborate effectively, support clients and teammates, and deliver integrated, highâquality civil engineering outcomes. You Bring: A degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent) Solid experience delivering transport or civil infrastructure projects with consultants, contractors, or government agencies Demonstrated experience contributing as a Civil Engineer on major road, rail, or transport programs Advanced technical competency in civil engineering design tools and methodologies Strong knowledge of relevant Australian and state transport standards, codes, and guidelines Chartered status (CPEng) or progress toward chartership What We Do KBRâs Infrastructure Services team is building a smarter and more sustainable future for Australia.
