The Role We’re supporting a large enterprise modernising its national fleet in line with 2030 sustainability targets. This is a long-term opportunity to play a key role in a high-visibility program. Permanent: Up to $140,000 Package Location: Sydney or Melbourne Hybrid: 50/50 in the office and WFH You will coordinate vehicle ordering, financing and allocation across multiple projects nationally. Working with OEMs, leasing providers and internal stakeholders, you’ll ensure vehicles are delivered, deployed and tracked effectively. The fleet includes modern electric and hybrid vehicles, with exposure to new and pre-release models as part of the program rollout. Key Responsibilities Coordinate national vehicle ordering and allocation Liaise with suppliers, leasing/finance providers and project teams Track delivery schedules, compliance and deployment milestones Maintain reporting, documentation and program updates Support forward fleet planning and sustainability initiatives Monitor risks, dependencies and supplier performance What We’re Looking For Experience as a Program / Project Coordinator or Junior Project Manager Strong stakeholder and supplier coordination skills Comfortable managing schedules, reporting and multiple workstreams Detail-oriented, proactive and commercially aware Exposure to fleet, asset-heavy or operational environments advantageous Why Apply?
