The Role: A newly created opportunity exists for an experienced National Retail Property Manager to join this growing team. You'll manage the leasing, placement, and performance of amusement machines across major shopping centres—working closely with landlords, franchisees, and internal teams to keep everything running smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Manage lease and licence agreements across a national portfolio Coordinate site surveys, proposals, and present to landlords Monitor site performance and drive optimisation opportunities Liaise with landlords on placements, upgrades, and any property issues Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business About You Proven experience in retail property or lease management Confident working with shopping centre floor plans and tenancy mix Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage your portfolio independently If you’re ready for a hands-on role in a fast-growing, innovative business— apply now and make your mark in a one-of-a-kind industry.
