About the Role: Contacting C-level executives from large corporate and government organisations across Australia and the Asia-Pacific region. Procuring delegates through telephone interviews, qualifying prospects, and confirming attendance for our industry-leading events and platforms. Learning and clearly communicating FuturePlace’s value propositions through proactive outreach and consultative selling. Presenting our personalised learning environments to CIOs, CFOs, CISOs, and other technology executives, demonstrating the value of our programs and managing the process through to contract stage and event delivery. Building and maintaining a trusted professional network within assigned industry verticals. Managing your own leads, proposals, contracts, and pipeline using Salesforce CRM. Working towards and exceeding your key performance indicators (KPIs). Attending events to meet clients in person, ensuring exceptional experiences and tangible value for all participants. Skills and Attributes: The ideal candidate will have: Minimum 2 years of sales experience (essential). A good understanding of modern technology and digital markets. Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills. A solution-based sales approach — intelligent, authentic, ethical, and articulate. High levels of tenacity, hunger, confidence, and energy. Excellent time management and organisational skills.
