Responsibilities Assess, plan, and deliver therapy across speech, language, AAC, social skills, stuttering, voice, and swallowing. Work with a variety of client conditions including ASD, ADHD, intellectual disability, developmental delays, cerebral palsy, and more. Take on more complex cases and supervise SP or AHA students. Participate in mentoring, workshops, and professional development opportunities. Essential Criteria Degree in Speech Pathology. Eligible for membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA). Experience in paediatrics and/or adults preferred; Dysphagia and swallowing experience advantageous. Current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle. Working with Children Check, Victorian Police Check. Strong communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills.
