Service Delivery Lead - ICT Infrastructure Location: Sydney CBD office Hybrid 2/3 days in office Contract role paying up to $1057 day Seeking a Service Delivery Lead - ICT Infrastructure for a NSW Government organisation who is a team player who takes accountability for their deliverables and can self-manage their workload. This is a new role reporting to the PM you will work alongside BA's, PM's and Test Leads. Key role responsibilities Monitor and evaluate all technical and service delivery aspects of project implementation, including risk and contingency management, project impact and quality measures, to identify and address issues, assess project progress and effectiveness, and achieve project outcomes. Coordinate project teams, ensuring compliance with governance and quality requirements, to successfully deliver all key project milestones and outcomes Undertake research and formulate recommendations to support evidence-based technical planning and decision making. Maintain governance of IT service management processes such as SLA, incident, problem and change management throughout the project lifecycle Establish and maintain stakeholder relationships through effective communication, negotiation and issues management to engage stakeholders and ensure project deliverables are met. This includes coordinating working groups, committees and consultations to facilitate exchange of information and support project completion in line with project plans. Provide hands-on guidance in solution design, deployment, and troubleshooting across delivered services and infrastructure Identify, mitigate, and report on technical delivery risks Safety is a shared responsibility, and we conduct our duties in a safe manner. We focus on prioritising personal safety, the safety of others, including other staff, customers, and visitors Regularly review ICT processes, ensuring continuous improvement of the end-to-end user experience Manage high-priority technical project issues and incidents, undertake root cause analysis and ensure engagement and communications are sent out in a timely manner. Provide regular communication with internal customers. Key qualifications / Skills Experience working with suppliers, showing strong supplier relationship management including working in a multi supplier environment Experience of the implementation of multiple technical streams so they align, are technically compatible and go live in a co-ordinated fashion Good working knowledge of ICT Infrastructure & Operations, including End User Compute, Networking, Telephony systems and Helpdesk teams Experience with site commissions, large scale device deployments, a technology refresh project or Go Live readiness Experience working in project-based work and knowledge of project management fundamentals Have used Microsoft Planner or similar project planning applications to track and manage projects Does this sound like you?
