Our program While working on a variety of iconic projects, you will undertake a comprehensive development program combining on-the-job experience with structured learning to build both technical and behavioural capabilities. Through targeted rotations, you will progressively achieve core competencies across key technical areas such as Safety, Environment, Quality Management, Site Supervision, Design, Services, Planning and Programming, Contracts Administration, Document Control and Information Management. The program is designed with flexibility to adapt your career journey to project needs and individual aspirations, ensuring you gain practical exposure and guidance from some of our most experienced professionals. With operations around the world, at completion of the program we may also be able to offer mobility opportunities both interstate and internationally.
