Your Opportunity Are you a commercially focused Management Accountant who enjoys providing genuine and insightful information to senior leaders? This could be the perfect fit. We've partnered with a business in the northern suburbs who have onsite parking and offer two days of work from home per fortnight once you're settled in. You'll work closely with an experienced, commercially minded leadership team while reporting directly to the Finance Manager. In this role, you'll deliver meaningful analysis, clear insights, and practical recommendations that support informed decision-making. You'll enjoy a strong balance of autonomy, exposure, and support while working in a fast-paced business that is building and shaping its budgeting, modelling, and reporting. You will ensure compliance with financial governance frameworks and policies, maintaining accurate and transparent reporting of QFR and ACFR. This is a three-month contract with the opportunity to extend or go permanent for the right person. You can expect to be hands on with: Leading financial and management accounting for the business, ensuring compliant and robust reporting Delivering monthly, quarterly, and annual reports with clear analysis and performance insights Ensuring compliance with governance and external reporting requirements (QFR and ACFR) Managing budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and variance analysis Providing financial modelling and analytics to improve decision-making Who You Are We're looking for a commercially focused Management Accountant who brings strong business partnering skills, analytical capability, and a proactive, hands-on approach. This is a highly visible role, so excellent communication skills are essential to influence and collaborate with senior leaders across the business.
