You’ll play a key support role, ensuring the office runs smoothly while delivering a professional and welcoming experience. Key responsibilities include: Front-of-house reception for the Property Management team Answering and directing calls and enquiries Assisting Property Managers with administrative support Liaising with tenants, landlords, and trades General office coordination and data entry Supporting workflow and daily operations The Person Holds a Certificate of Registration or currently working towards one (preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Well-presented, professional, and customer-focused Organised, reliable, and proactive Eager to learn and grow within Property Management About the Company Our client is a well-known and respected real estate agency with a strong reputation for professionalism, training, and career development.
