About the Role: We are currently seeking a reliable and compassionate gardener to support an NDIS participant in Umina Beach, NSW . This role involves 2–3 hours of work per fortnight, focusing on general gardening duties such as mowing, weeding, and pruning. More than just a task-based role, we’re looking for someone who understands the importance of building trust and creating a positive, respectful environment. We aim to match the right person to each participant—not just in terms of skills, but personality and approach—ensuring a rewarding experience for both parties.
