An outstanding opportunity exists for an experienced corporate finance leader to join a large and complex organisation in a senior leadership capacity. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this role provides strategic and operational oversight across corporate finance, financial risk management, statutory reporting and asset governance. The Opportunity You will be responsible for: Leading financial risk management and internal control frameworks Overseeing statutory reporting and external audit processes Managing asset accounting Ensuring taxation compliance and financial governance standards Supporting corporate finance strategy and financial sustainability Leading and developing a high-performing finance team This is a critical role focused on safeguarding financial integrity, strengthening governance frameworks and driving operational excellence. About You You are an established corporate finance leader with: CPA or CA membership (essential) Postgraduate qualifications in a relevant discipline Proven experience leading complex financial functions within large organisations Strong expertise in audit, internal controls and financial risk management Demonstrated experience in asset management and statutory reporting The ability to influence and advise at executive level A track record of building and leading high-performing teams You bring both technical depth and strategic capability, with the confidence to operate at senior leadership level.
