We’re expanding and are looking for a dedicated Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse to join our Access Aged Care team in Townsville. What You’ll Do Coordinate care alongside RACF care teams as the on site Access Aged Care nurse. Facilitate GP rounds (both in-person and telehealth) to ensure smooth, timely care. Prepare, organise, and triage referrals via our ticketing platform to maximise efficiency and outcomes. Conduct bedside assessments and clinical reviews. Act as the communication bridge between RACFs, GPs, and families. Deliver excellent customer service, with empathy and professionalism at every interaction Build strong relationships with residents, families and facility partners. What You’ll Bring Minimum of 2 years in an EN/RN role (post graduation) within Australia, and AHPRA registration. Confident communicator with critical thinking skills Comfortable working autonomously Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to build trust quickly with residents, families and teams Keen to learn, and confident in your clinical judgement Technologically proficient - Computer skills are a must!
