About the role This is a true Store Manager opportunity for a hands-on retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will take full ownership of the store, running it as if it were your own business, with accountability across sales, people, standards and profitability. Based in the Mid Murray / Riverland region of South Australia, this role operates on a rotating weekend roster. What you will do Take full accountability for store performance, including P&L, budgets and cost control Lead, coach and develop a large retail team to deliver strong commercial results Drive sales, availability, standards and customer experience Manage labour, rosters, compliance and operational execution Build a positive, high-performance culture aligned with community values What you will bring Proven experience managing a high-volume retail or supermarket operation Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated P&L ownership A confident, hands-on leadership style with the ability to engage and motivate teams Operational excellence across stock, waste, labour and store standards A mindset of ownership, accountability and continuous improvement What's in it for you!
