As a manufacturer and wholesaler of innovative retail products this successful company has a strong footprint in both local and international markets. They are now on the lookout for a driven Procurement Officer to join their high-performing team. Reporting to the Head of Procurement, you will play a key role in managing end-to-end procurement activities, ensuring purchase orders, supplier performance, and tendering processes are executed efficiently and accurately to maximise commercial outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Raise, track, and manage purchase orders using MS Dynamics Monitor delivery timelines, resolve delays, and maintain accurate procurement records Liaise with approved suppliers to confirm specifications, lead times, and contract terms Support continuous improvement of procurement tools, systems, and frameworks Assist with end-to-end tendering processes, from document preparation through to supplier award Contribute to planned tendering activities as prioritised by the Head of Procurement What will you need? Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities Proactive mindset with a passion for process improvement and structure Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with suppliers and internal stakeholders Sound commercial acumen with experience in sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management Minimum 3-5 years' experience in procurement and production management, ideally within consumer goods or retail Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel What's on Offer: A stable, full-time opportunity in a collaborative and professional team.
