About the Role As the Senior ServiceNow System Administrator, you will provide senior technical leadership across the ServiceNow platform. You will guide the design, development, maintenance, and support of ServiceNow modules, ensure platform integrity, and work closely with internal stakeholders, service providers, architects, and technical teams. Skills and Experience • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification. Essential. (Applications without a CSA will not be considered.) • Extensive experience as a ServiceNow System Administrator or similar senior technical role. • Strong proficiency across key ServiceNow modules (e.g. ITSM, ITOM, CMDB). • Demonstrated experience configuring workflows, business rules, scripting, automation and integrations. Desirable Skills • Additional ServiceNow certifications (CIS, CAD, ITSM/ITOM specialisations). • Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, API-based automations, and flow design. The key duties of the position include Key Responsibilities • Lead the design, configuration, maintenance and optimisation of the ServiceNow platform. • Ensure platform stability, performance, security, and compliance. • Provide expert advice on ServiceNow capabilities, roadmap, and improvement opportunities. • Lead and support end to end delivery of ServiceNow project initiatives across multiple modules-driving stakeholder engagement, ensuring effective governance, and promoting enterprise-wide adoption of the platform to maximise value and standardise service processes.
