Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Valuation Compliance Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional with strong valuation expertise and a commitment to accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement. You will play a key role in ensuring our valuation practices meet industry standards and deliver reliable outcomes for clients. What You Will Be Doing Conduct audits across a broad range of automated and digital valuation products to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with established standards Leverage data analytics and technology tools to perform detailed valuation assessments and identify anomalies or areas of concern Deliver clear, concise, and actionable recommendations to support continuous improvement Monitor adherence to internal processes and procedures, proactively identifying opportunities for refinement and enhanced efficiency Stay informed on trends and developments in the residential property market to ensure valuation practices remain current and relevant Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to achieve shared goals Provide support across other compliance-related services as required, contributing to a culture of excellence and integrity Job Qualifications: What You Will Bring Minimum 2 years valuation experience Good knowledge of valuation principles, methodologies, and industry practices, with the ability to apply them effectively across diverse valuation types Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present findings clearly and effectively Ability to manage tasks swiftly while maintaining precision and compliance Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with a focus on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all aspects of valuation review and reporting Either a RPV or CPV member of the Australian Property Institute (API) or MRICS of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Why Join Cotality?
