Ongoing training. Hybrid working - once trained up - 3 days in office, 2 days WFH. ROLE SNAPSHOT: Responsible for providing Level 2 IT Support to various mid-market customers - onsite and remote. You'll undertake a very broad role involving support & troubleshooting across desktop hardware/software, network connectivity, printers, mobility etc/ Key elements of the role: Level 2 IT Helpdesk Support to troubleshoot and resolve customers desktop hardware/software, server, and network-related issues. Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, Exchange, Windows OS, network & servers, printers, mobile devices, PC's/laptops etc. Network connectivity troubleshooting & support. Ticketing via ConnectWise. Support DR and backups. Travel to customer sites for onsite support when needed (tolls, parking, mileage paid for). REQUIRED BACKGROUND / KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE / PERSONAL QUALITIES Suitable for an IT Support professional from an MSP background (or similar) who enjoys fast-paced and busy environments interacting with others in-person and over the phone. The following is required: Proven L1 & L2 IT Helpdesk support experience across Microsoft technologies, incl M365 and Windows. Proven experience providing in-person technical support. Capable of troubleshooting IT issues across desktop hardware/software, network connectivity, printers, servers etc. Demonstrate the ability to proactively take the initiative for self-learning and problem solving. Display excellent customer service abilities and clear communication skills. Positive, upbeat, and friendly personality who enjoys collaborating with and helping others. Valid Australian drivers licence and vehicle are required comfortable travelling to customer sites for onsite support as needed.
