About the Role Join a growing construction and development team delivering a staged 40-home residential community across South-West Sydney. This is a full-time primarily office-based Project Manager position with occasional site visits, suited to someone looking to strengthen their capability across planning, coordination and delivery within a supportive, forward-moving environment. You'll work closely with experienced leadership across design, procurement and construction phases, gaining exposure to a secure pipeline of future residential projects and genuine long-term career progression. Tasks & Responsibilities Support end-to-end project delivery from concept, design and procurement through to completion Coordinate consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders across multiple project stages Manage procurement processes, scopes of work, contracts and deeds of release Monitor programmes, budgets and cost control to maintain delivery targets Prepare progress reports and provide clear stakeholder communication Identify risks, troubleshoot challenges and implement practical solutions Assist senior leadership with planning, execution and optimisation of delivery processes Maintain a strong focus on quality outcomes and client satisfaction Skills & Experience Minimum 2 years' experience in a Project Management or Construction environment Strong working knowledge of Procore (admin level) and Microsoft Project Relevant tertiary qualification in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering or similar Demonstrated commercial awareness and financial understanding High-level organisation, administration and time-management capability Ability to manage competing priorities within a fast-paced environment Confident communication skills across internal and external stakeholders Sound knowledge of WHS and construction delivery principles Australian working rights required Benefits & Perks Secure full-time permanent role within a growing development business Exposure to a multi-stage residential community project with future pipeline Mentorship from experienced construction leadership Supportive, collaborative team culture Genuine long-term stability and career progression About the Company Our client is an emerging residential developer-builder delivering staged community housing projects across Greater Sydney.
