About the role We are seeking a Customer Insights & Analytics Manager to transform customer‑level data into clear, actionable insights that directly shape our commercial and patient strategies in Australia. This role is based at our Abbotsford office , with hybrid working arrangements available to support flexibility. In this senior individual contributor role, you will lead customer targeting, segmentation, territory design, and data‑driven recommendations that improve resource planning and engagement effectiveness. You will work closely with Sales Excellence, Marketing, Market Access, Reporting, and our external data partners to turn complex data into simple, strategic actions. Your role will be varied and will include: Leading customer targeting, profiling and segmentation Designing and optimising territory sizing and alignment Translating data into insights that support commercial decision making Ensuring data quality, governance and compliance About you You bring strong analytical capability, commercial acumen and a passion for using data to solve real business problems. You excel in complex environments, can influence without authority, and simplify advanced analytics into clear business language. You will need: Bachelor’s degree in statistics, data science, economics, marketing, business or related field 4 years in customer insights, analytics or market research (healthcare preferred) Experience with customer targeting, segmentation, territory design or field‑force effectiveness Strong SQL/Python/R or similar analytical toolkit Why join us?
