About The Position These management roles are suited to experienced hospitality leaders from a strong Pub, Gaming and Food & Beverage background. Opportunities exist across different levels of management, offering responsibility within a high-volume environment. Position Description Oversee daily operations across bar, gaming and food service Lead, support and develop management and operational teams Ensure compliance with licensing, gaming and venue requirements Drive performance across revenue, labour and cost control Support weekend and late-night trading as required Maintain service standards and operational consistency Position Requirements Proven management experience in pub environments (essential) Strong understanding of gaming operations Experience with late-night trading environments Sound knowledge of licensing and compliance obligations Liquor and gaming certifications essential Formal tertiary qualifications in hospitality highly desirable Strong leadership and people management capability Ability to work effectively in a regional setting Salary & Perks $80,000 - $110,000 salary range Accommodation support may be available Long-term career opportunities Supportive leadership structure To apply online, please click on the apply button.
