Senior Business Development Manager Salary: $150k-$170k base super commission Location: Sydney Hybrid - 3 days in office Salt is partnering with an established membership-based software business to hire for a Business Development Manager to drive pipeline generation and close new B2B partnerships and deals across Australia. This role focuses on securing new logos and winning new partnerships with membership organisations . You'll own the full sales process from cold outreach through to close, before handing over to a dedicated Customer Success function for on-boarding. What you'll be doing Prospecting and cold calling to identify decision-makers Booking and delivering meetings and presentations Closing new partnership deals and handing over post-sale Attending events to attract new logos Managing a structured pipeline with long sales cycles (up to 6 months) What we're looking for Proven BDM or Partnerships experience, ideally within member benefits or selling into government or similar organisations 3 years' hunter/new business experience in software/SaaS Strong track record and ability to hit or exceed sales targets Sydney-based preferred Friendly, collaborative, and comfortable working in a growing team Acknowledgement of Country Salt respectfully acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the lands across Australia as the continuing custodians of country and culture.
