The role: As Vendor Operations Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring vendor data integrity, compliance, and process efficiency across the organisation. Your key responsibilities will include: Leading and developing a team of 3 Vendor Officers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement Acting as the primary liaison between Procurement, Accounts Payable, Finance, and Technology teams Overseeing Vendor Master Data integrity, including complex parent/child structures and multiple billing ABNs Managing EFTSure portal operations, bank account verifications, and RCTI documentation Leading compliance reporting, exception management, and providing regular updates to senior leadership Driving process automation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency Managing end-to-end vendor communications and education programs for internal and external stakeholders Resolving complex escalations related to payment terms, invoice compliance, and supplier statements Collaborating with Accounts Receivable and Procurement teams on vendor rebate management About You: Proven team leadership experience with a track record of mentoring and developing high-performing teams End-to-end P2P process expertise with demonstrated experience driving process improvements ERP system experience Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Apply Today Please send your resume by clicking on the apply button.
