The Role This role will specialise in digital L&D programs, where you will own the design, development, and continuous improvement of scalable digital learning experiences. Within this role, you will ensure that learning is accessible, engaging, and embedded into everyday work for a diverse consulting workforce. You will sit within the L&D function of the P&C team, supporting the OD&L Manager and OD Specialist with rolling out the L&D strategy across the business. This is a full-time role, based in the CBD, with flexibility to work from home. Duties As the L&D Specialist, you will be expected to: Design and deliver high-quality digital learning solutions Manage learning platforms, content architecture, and user experience Translate OD and technical capability needs into engaging learning assets Partner with subject matter experts to curate and create content Use data and insights to improve learning effectiveness and adoption Conduct employee engagement surveys to understand the gaps within the current L&D model, and using the findings to forward-plan the L&D strategy Introduce new methods of learning, such as podcasts etc. Support the OD&L Manager and OD Specialist with L&D projects Your Profile To be a successful candidate, you will ideally have: 1-2 years experience in a L&D role Experience using SharePoint Excellent communication, time-management and organisation skills Have full working rights in Australia Apply Today Please send your resume by clicking on the apply button.
