$80,000 - $100,000 Perth, Full Time, Accounting Vacancy Listing Dates 5/02/2026 to 5/03/2026 Please Quote Reference Number 15351 Permanent Full Time Role Opportunity to work locally in Perth Well Established Family-Owned Business The Opportunity We are seeking a qualified Accountant with a minimum of 5 years' post-graduate experience, ideally gained within the Supply Chain Industry. The role will be instrumental in the assisting of the preparation of corporate management reports including P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statements. You will be involved in all general ledger reconciliations, bank reconciliations and monthly accruals. Key responsibilities for the role include but not limited to: Compile and analyse financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts and document business transactions Establish, maintain and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures Analyse and review budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices and other accounting documents Explain billing invoices and accounting policies to staff, manager and director Resolve accounting discrepancies Prepare monthly account reconciliations Undertake and supervise banking Receive, check, register and process invoices for payment with appropriate approvals Prepare financial statement (Profit loss statement and Balance sheet) and monthly closing and cost accounting reports Report financial statement on a monthly basis and report on variances To be considered for the role, it is essential candidates have: A formal degree relating to Accounting and Finance A minimum 5-years post graduate Finance / Accounts experience CA/CPA qualification or working towards Intermediate to advance knowledge and skills across Windows-based programs (World, Excel, Outlook) Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills Ability to work with minimal supervision. Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills Clear, concise and fluent English communication skills both verbally and written Strong time management and organisation skills The ability to be flexible and adaptable to work successfully in a fast-paced and evolving working environment The drive and passion to achieve personal and company goals Demonstrated knowledge and competency in finance, accounting and business processes and systems.
