In this role you will play a dual role-providing high-level support to the CEO and executive team, while managing the day-to-day operations of the office. You'll be instrumental in coordinating strategic initiatives, supporting governance processes, and ensuring the office runs smoothly. About the Role: Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, travel, and communications with internal and external stakeholders. Provide administrative support, including drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and handling confidential documents. Support strategic planning and initiatives, coordinating efforts and tracking progress. Lead improvements in administrative systems and processes to enhance performance. Oversee office operations including equipment, supplies, and facilities. Coordinate with finance to manage office budgets, expenses, and invoicing. Facilitate Board operations including meeting logistics, minute-taking, and action tracking. About you: Tertiary qualifications in administration, management, or a related field (preferred). Extensive experience supporting senior executives and/or Boards in a confidential and professional capacity. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in office management and budget coordination. High level of discretion, initiative, and emotional intelligence.
