Job Description The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating all administrative tasks associated with domestic and international medical related travel and associated activities. This role works closely with internal team members and external partners to ensure all medical travel related activities are processed accurately, efficiently, and with strong attention to detail. This is a fully remote role; however, you may be required to attend the office occasionally. Day to day! Oversee all administrative components of travel assignments. Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to coordinate every aspect of travel arrangements. Participate in pre and post assignment briefings, providing clear administrative and operational guidance to team members. Maintain accurate documentation, including timesheet management, reimbursements, itineraries, and action plans for both domestic and international travel. Let’s talk about you!
