The Role They are seeking a full-time Marketing Specialist to join their team based in Minchinbury, New South Wales. This is a full-time position with an annual salary of $80,000 per annum plus superannuation. The Responsibilities Conduct market research to identify market opportunities Develop and implement marketing strategies and advertising campaigns to promote product brands and products, Manage and coordinate digital marketing initiatives, including social media, website content, SEO, and paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta) Advise management on product mix, pricing, and promotional strategies to strengthen brand positioning Analyse campaign performance and prepare marketing reports, providing insights and recommendations to improve ROI and growth Liaise with graphic designers and media agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging Plan and manage events, sponsorships, and community partnerships for brand promotion Coordinate public relations and content creation, including newsletters, blog posts, and visual media Support the preparation of marketing budgets and monitor spending effectiveness across campaigns The Requirements: Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field Minimum 2 years' experience in marketing, preferably across consumer therapeutic goods sector Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing in a commercial role At least 2 years of experience social and digital marketing Minimum of 2 years of proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Ads At least 2 years of SEO experience in content optimization Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team to achieve marketing objectives Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication skills and proven cross-cultural competencies Good analytical skills and be able to correlate the issues Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and campaign management Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and manage cross-functional marketing initiatives across multiple business units
