Property Accountant A reputable property investment group is seeking a Property Accountant to join their finance team. You will take responsibility for the financial management of a property portfolio while partnering with operational teams to ensure accurate reporting and effective cost management. Key duties: Oversee financial reporting for a designated property portfolio Produce month end results and monitor property related expenditure Review variances and provide clear insights to support decision making Work closely with property managers and development teams to stay across operational activity Maintain budgets and assist with ongoing forecast updates Ensure obligations across tax and statutory requirements are met Manage queries relating to reconciliations, outgoings, and financial data What you will bring: CA/CPA qualified or working towards Demonstrated experience using Yardi Previous exposure to property or real estate environments Capability across reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and tax Strong communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders What is on offer?
