About the Role As an Event Manager at The Point, you’ll manage a broad range of events from end to end, including: Large-scale corporate functions Brand activations and product launches Private dining, celebrations and premium social events Venue takeovers and multi-space events You’ll work closely with venue teams, kitchens, bars and external suppliers to ensure every event is seamless, well-executed and commercially successful. With two roles available, there’s opportunity to work across different venues and event styles within the group. What You’ll Be Doing Managing event enquiries from initial contact through to delivery and follow-up Building strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies and repeat guests Coordinating logistics across multiple spaces, teams and service styles Working closely with venue operations to ensure flawless execution on the day Driving revenue through smart event design, upselling and attention to detail Thriving under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment What We’re Looking For You’ll be a great fit if you have: Proven experience managing a wide range of events, including large corporate functions Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple events at once A calm, solutions-focused mindset — even when things get busy Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-first approach A genuine passion for hospitality, events and guest experience Flexibility to work across different venues and event styles Experience in premium hospitality or multi-venue groups will be highly regarded.
