Position Details We are seeking a Resorts Accounts Receivable Officer to provide vital administrative support to our growing portfolio of over 50s lifestyle resorts across the Eastern coastline. This full time role is based in our Southport Head office , working Monday to Friday within a team of five. Responsibilities Resort Administration - Overall accountability for administrative tasks related to allocated resorts. Rent & Utilities Processing - Set up, process, and receipt site fees; manage invoicing and receipting for utilities (electricity, phone, internet, gas, and water). Resident Management - Set up site files for new residents, manage rent arrears, dishonours, and finalise site agreements. Compliance & Documentation - Prepare rent increase letters, breach notices, tribunal applications, and various resident communications. Financial & General Admin - Banking, mail handling, answering phone inquiries, and supporting caretakers, sales, and residents. What We’re Looking For: To succeed in this role, you’ll bring: Proven experience in an administration or accounts-based role in a high volume environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with property management or accounting systems (RMS knowledge is a bonus!). A proactive, customer-focused approach with a team player attitude. A National Police Clearance. Why Join Us?
