Due to expansion and an internal promotion, they are seeking an administrative support officer with strong admin and customer service skills, including client liaison, email management, database management, compliance documentation, etc., You will work in collaboration with other administrative team members who support a very busy team of accounting professionals. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills. The successful candidate will have impeccable references, have a high attention to detail, very organised and be able to multitask. You will have a min of 5 years' experience working as an administrative assistant in a busy professional office. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in a CA or CPA firm. The job is and in house office position for approximately 20 hours/week. You can work 4 short days e.g. school hours or 3 longer days- between Tuesday and Thursday or Friday. It is an ideal job for a parent with school-aged children seeking a part-time job during school hours or an experienced professional who is seeking a quality work-life balance.
