Reporting into the P&C Manager for Victoria, this role is responsible for driving and cultivating a culture within the state that attracts and retains top talent, supports training and development initiatives to provide opportunities for career growth, and advocates safe and consistent work practices across the state. You will support Restaurant Teams and District Managers through the employee life cycle, including hiring, onboarding, training and rostering for retention.
