About The Role We are looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our team, working across a static commercial site with a large client. This role focuses on servicing and maintaining clusters of commercial AHUs, chillers, pumps, cooling towers, VRV systems, and associated control systems. You’ll be responsible for keeping critical HVAC infrastructure operating reliably, safely, and efficiently within commercial environments. Key Responsibilities. Service, maintain, and fault-find commercial HVAC systems Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on static sites Diagnose system faults and carry out repairs efficiently Identify and report defects, improvement opportunities, and lifecycle risks Ensure all works comply with WHS requirements, Australian Standards, and company procedures Complete service reports, compliance documentation, and maintenance records Liaise professionally with site contacts and facilities teams About You Trade qualified HVAC technician (Cert III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration or equivalent) Strong experience working on commercial HVAC Sound knowledge of chillers, AHUs, pumps, cooling towers, and control systems Experience with VRV/VRF systems highly regarded Good understanding of HVAC controls and BMS (or willingness to develop) Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills Ability to work independently on static sites Current driver’s licence ARCtick licence What We Offer Stable, long-term role on static commercial sites (minimal breakdown callouts) Competitive salary allowances based on experience Company vehicle, tools, phone, and uniform Ongoing technical training and upskilling Supportive team with structured systems and clear expectations Opportunity to work on large, complex HVAC infrastructure
