About the Role: We are seeking an ambitious Project Architect with proven experience in the Health sector to join our Melbourne team, which is delivering exceptional results in this field. Ideally, you are adept at both design and project delivery, with the capability to guide projects from inception to completion—including leading teams, engaging clients, and coordinating with consultants. Your interpersonal and collaborative approach is just as crucial to us as your technical and creative abilities; we value individuals who are passionate about design and strive for excellence in outcomes. A strong working knowledge of Revit is essential, along with the ability to produce and support the development of comprehensive and well-considered documentation packages. Our studio’s location ensures an easy commute, as we are just a short walk from Southern Cross and Flagstaff stations, as well as Bourke and Collins Street trams. General Duties: Play an active role in the delivery and management of projects from all stages; concept design to contract administration Manage the day-to-day operations of projects, updating Partners and Project Leads when necessary Ability to create and review drawings in Revit, including checking and marking up drawings and reviewing team members' drawings and documenting projects if needed Leading and working in cohesive teams Liaise with clients, consultants, and other external stakeholders Contributing to the ongoing development and mentoring of other staff members About you: We are looking for an experienced Registered Architect who can apply their strong design, design development and construction knowledge into something that is inspiring yet functional. To be successful in this role you will need: Demonstrated high level of expertise in Revit Minimum 7 years Architectural Experience, with proven experience in Health sector Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering designs from briefing to project handover Demonstrated experience in working with Project Managers and Consultants as part of a larger design team Experience in design development and construction detailing Excellent communication skills Capacity to work as part of a team with the ability to work autonomously as required Rendering and visualisation skills will also be highly regarded What is on Offer?
