We are looking for a passionate ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join our established ServiceNow practice and assist with the design and development of IT solutions and IT Services to support customer and business strategies. You will provide expertise on client engagements, manage technical programs, develop, coordinate and deliver SNOW solutions aligned with customers needs. As a ServiceNow Technical Consultant, you’ll take a hands-on role across both technical delivery and consulting. Design and implement ServiceNow solutions across various modules (ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, SecOps, etc.), including integrations via REST APIs or custom scripts. Contribute as technical / SME to support qualification, scoping, estimation, design, and architecture of new or existing opportunities and projects to ensure that they meet the business requirements, are well architected, cost effective, and deliverable. Maintain up-to-date solution lifecycle artefacts, SOPs, and delivery frameworks in line with sales and delivery guidelines. Act as a trusted advisor, participate in workshops and co-design exercises, and communicate effectively with customers. What we'd love to see? We are looking for someone who is passionate about ServiceNow and the benefits it brings to organisations. 5 years’ experience as an end-to-end ServiceNow Consultant focused on Migration, Transformation and IT Outsourcing initiatives Strong Application development and integration experience. Solid JavaScript, HTML, CSS development skills Strong knowledge across several SNOW modules such as ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, SecOps, etc. Customer-facing consulting experience with excellent communication skills Experience in Managed Services Provider or Systems Integrator /Consulting environments highly regarded Relevant Industry certifications such as ITIL, ServiceNow CSA, ServiceNow CIS, etc. Even if you don’t check every box, your passion and curiosity matter.
