The position This is a customer-focused Technical Sales position, supporting trade customers with product enquiries, pricing, order processing and account management. You will be the key point of contact for customers, ensuring accurate information, efficient service and long-term relationship building. Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound phone and email enquiries regarding pricing, stock and product information Process customer orders accurately and efficiently Assist with returns and warranty claims Support trade counter sales Promote the product range to existing customers Conduct outbound calls to allocated accounts to maintain relationships Process basic quotations within company guidelines Use internal systems (Salesforce/SAP) to maintain accurate customer records Participate in ongoing product training About You Experience in customer service and/or internal sales Strong communication and organisational skills Comfortable managing multiple enquiries and prioritising tasks Confident using MS Office; CRM/ERP experience (Salesforce or SAP) is advantageous Experience within electrical, gas appliance spares, HVAC, plumbing or related trade industries is highly regarded A proactive approach with a strong customer focus What’s on Offer Competitive base salary KiwiSaver Annual incentive scheme based on performance Stable, long-term career opportunity Supportive team culture Ongoing product and industry training Quick start available How to apply Click APPLY and please provide an up to date copy of your resume.
