An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Sales Representative to join our client’s dynamic sales team. This hybrid role combines internal sales support with external, on-the-road territory management. Benefits: Company vehicle, laptop & mobile phone Location: Aubigny (Hybrid role) Salary: Up to $90,000 Super, depending on experience The position is based at our client’s Aubigny office and includes responsibility for an assigned sales territory. Travel is an integral part of the role and may include long-distance road travel with overnight stays, as well as occasional interstate and overseas travel. This is a unique role requiring excellent time management, with weekly and monthly activities balanced between customer-facing field work and internal sales and support functions. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding client needs and requirements. Conduct regular customer reviews and deliver agreed outcomes within designated timelines. Manage customer enquiries via face-to-face meetings, phone, and email. Monitor market activity and implement sales strategies aligned with market intelligence. Provide product training and ongoing support to our client’s dealer network. Prepare quotations, process customer orders, and respond to enquiries in a timely manner. Assist with the preparation and organisation of selected trade shows and attend as required. Experience & Qualifications Highly developed sales skills with experience in a similar role and/or industry. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail. Self-motivated with a proven drive to meet and exceed sales targets. Experience using CRM and/or ERP systems is highly desirable.
