About the role: Due to continued growth, our client needs experienced planners to join their team. In this role, you will work to maximise the financial performance of the brand, provide ongoing feedback on merchandise and play a key part within the range building process. The right candidate will work autonomously in their role to trade the business! Key Responsibilities: Development of seasonal merchandise strategy OTB Management Inventory management Liaise with senior employees on issues and opportunities Achieving critical financial targets such as sales, stock turn and sell through Creation and projection of planning strategies and theories that will enhance performance Work closely with Product teams through the ranging processes Control Markdown budget to ensure that Total Company markdowns are within the agreed level To Be Successful You Will Have: Degree qualified Initiative to recognise or identify potential problems early and resolution skills to implement solutions accordingly Highly skilled in planning software and a high level of excel knowledge Planning experience within a retail business Ability to manage relationships at all levels High developed numerical skills, including accuracy and interpretation Benefits & Culture Great exposure to the business as a whole and working closely with senior management Career progression across the brand Great working culture with a low staff turnover office Staff discounts and bonus potential Like to know more?
