The ER/IR Advisor will manage end to end case work, support leaders across nine regional sites, and contribute to building stronger ER capability within a large, dynamic operations workforce. Description Manage end to end employee relations casework, including performance, conduct, complex grievances and workplace investigations. Interpret policies, procedures and enterprise agreements, advising on risks and compliant pathways. Develop relationships and provide clear, practical coaching to leaders - building capability in decision making and accountability. Support dispute resolution processes and contribute to building consistent ER practice across the operational workforce. Support managers in interpreting and applying industrial agreements and employment legislation. Develop and implement strategies to enhance workplace culture and employee engagement. Ensure compliance with workplace laws, policies, and procedures. Contribute to the development and review of HR policies and procedures. Collaborate with stakeholders to address performance and conduct issues effectively. Deliver training and coaching sessions to managers on employee relations practices. Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on employee relations activities. Profile A relevant qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field. 2-3 years' experience in ER focused HR advisory roles OR 5-6 years' experience in specialist ER functions. Strong understanding of Australian employment law and industrial relations frameworks. Strong grounding in case management with the ability to take ownership of end to end matters. Proven ability to manage complex employee relations issues. Confident interpreting policies, procedures and enterprise agreements. Skilled in investigation methodology, dispute resolution and advising leaders through sensitive or complex situations. Natural relationship builder with resilience and the ability to work effectively in a high volume, blue‑collar environment. Collaborative, values driven and motivated to learn from senior ER experts. Job Offer Salary range: $115k-$135k (Advisor), up to $145k (Specialist) Real flexibility: 1 WFH day weekly, flexible start/finish times, part time and job share considered.
