An established and well-regarded business based in Dandenong South is seeking a Part-Time Receptionist to join their friendly, close-knit team. This is a permanent opportunity offering stable hours and a genuinely supportive workplace. Working Monday to Friday, 5 hours per day, this role would suit someone who enjoys being the first point of contact and takes pride in creating a welcoming front-of-house experience. About the Role: • Front-of-house reception duties • Answering and directing incoming calls • Greeting visitors and managing meeting rooms • General administrative support to the wider team • Maintaining a tidy and professional reception area About You: • Previous reception or front-of-house experience is preferred, but not essential • Strong communication and people skills • Warm, approachable and reliable • A genuine team player who values culture and relationships • Available to commence immediately (or very short notice) is ideal Culture fit is key — personality and attitude are just as important as experience for this role.
