An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Trainer to join the People team on an initial 12-month max-term contract, with opportunity for extension. Based in the Melbourne CBD (with hybrid working), this role will work closely with a range of stakeholders across the business. About the role: Reporting into the Head of Performance & Capability, this role will be responsible for end-to-end systems training and capability uplift across the business. This role will play a critical part in designing, delivering and embedding high-quality training across the organisation, with an initial focus on the rollout of the new core operating platform. In addition to systems training, this role will play a key part in shaping a modern, engaging and business-aligned learning experience across the organisation, contributing to initiatives such as leadership development and AI capability uplift. What we’re looking for: • Demonstrated experience delivering people and/or systems training in a large and/or complex organisation; • Strong facilitation and training delivery skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and learning styles; • Ability to translate technical system functionality into practical, user-friendly learning experiences; and • Exposure to instructional design tools (e.g. Articulate) and modern learning approaches will be highly regarded but is not essential.
